The one way to work with us is through the Your Career Homecoming program, where we work closely with each client. To ensure a productive partnership, we work on a invitation only basis. The first step is to watch our free training. If that resonates, you’ll be invited to book a complimentary call with the team to see if and how we can help. 

We work on rolling enrollment, so you never have to wait for a cohort to gather. You can join our one-room schoolhouse whenever you’re ready. (We’ve found this is best for client results.)

You might, however, have to wait to speak with us. Our free sessions (available to folks who watch our free training) book out quickly and you may need to join our waitlist. We're going as quickly as we can while still providing a high quality free service. 

There's a time and place for single coaching sessions, but this is not it. Many of our clients have already tried dabble-style coaching: A session here, a session there. Schedule when you feel like it. Disappear when it gets hard. Start but not follow through. Our clients have wasted so much time and money with flexible coaching arrangements that we decided to do it differently. 

We offer structure, deadlines, accountability, mentorship, and clear outcomes. No more half-baked attempts. Clients go all in with us, and we go all in with them.

There are a couple different pricing and payment options, and since enrollment is by invitation only we wait until we're both sure this is a good partnership before starting that conversation. Also, as part of our equity-centered practice we want the ability to learn each person's unique financial situation to try to create additional paths forward if the standard ones don't work.
